The Space

Our new Armadale premises boasts a beautiful blank canvas event space on the first floor, overlooking High St, with delicious north facing sunlight beaming through the front windows.

The wonderful space includes dark oak timber flooring, white exposed brick walls and high ceilings. It is suited for all seasons, with an active fire place & split system heating/cooling.

Along with the private room, guests also have full access to a spacious outdoor decking area and bathroom/shower upstairs.

We hire out for a range of events from:

Pop ups for small businesses

Corporate meetings/workshops - 30-40 guests

Location Shoots - half or full day available

Birthday Parties

Bridal and baby showers

Engagement Parties

Floor Space: 38m2

Capacity: 60 people

Ceiling Height: 3-4 meters tall

Pricing:

Between 9am - 5pm

Half day: 4 hours $350

Full day: 8 hours $550

Outside of hours 5pm - 9pm

Half Night: 4 hours $550

+ additional $150 per hour.

All of the prices have a $150 cleaning fee. 

We also require a $150 bond - This fee will be returned after the event if no damage has been made. 

We allow 30 minutes for bump in and out for your event. (We can also extend these times if need be).

*Please note we do not offer furniture to hire but you are welcome to arrange your own.
