• Large (8 inch) – 45–50 coffee serves / 22–25 dessert serves
• Two Tier Small – up to 60 coffee serves / up to 30 dessert serves
• Two Tier Medium – up to 75 coffee serves / up to 35 dessert serves
• Two Tier Large – up to 100 coffee serves / up to 50 dessert serves
